DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping Costs in Saudi Arabia (KSA):
Standard Shipping: SAR 20 on orders up to SAR 149
Free Shipping: Free Delivery on orders over SAR 149 across KSA
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: SAR 10
Delivery Timeframe:
Standard orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Customized or bulk printing orders may require additional production time before dispatch.
Processing Hours:
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (KSA Time) will be processed on the next working day.
SHIPPING CRITERIA & COVERAGE
We ship across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Kuwait.
Orders can only be shipped within the country from which the order was placed.
To ensure smooth delivery and processing, customers in KSA are required to provide a valid National Address.
National Address Guidelines (KSA):
Providing a registered National Address is mandatory for all shipments within KSA.
Please ensure your address is accurate to avoid delivery delays.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Order Verification: A signature or physical verification may be required upon receipt of prepaid shipments. Once signed, the shipment is successfully delivered.
Tracking & Delays: Delivery timeframes are estimates starting from the date of dispatch. Admark Print is not liable for delays caused by local logistics or customs clearance processes.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, delivery addresses or item specifications cannot be modified. You may cancel your order via your account or the Track Your Order page before receiving the dispatch notification email. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
